I'm 54 years young and currently live on an Island on the southern part of England in the UK. I work in the homelessness sector but it will shortly be time to move on. I want to concentrate on developing support options for the customers of our service, but my employer wants me to concentrate on budgets, endless meetings and emails. I'm grateful to have the income and the chance to work in an area that supports some of the most traumatised in society, but budgets and spreadsheets don't give me life. I'm getting together a plan where I can directly be most effective. My current favourite personal life mantras: Be the change you want to see. I am love
