Linda Hogan-Estrada
I am a 59 1/2 year young woman. I was born and raised in sunny California. I love the fact I found this group, because truly this is how I live, even though I have slightly derailed myself due to my family lifestyle. But it’s always there in my heart, in my home, and in my nonprofit. I want to learn these ancient secrets because I want to bring them to the autism community by helping the children affected by autism and to help the families who care for them. Autism is very debilitating not only to the person who is diagnosed with it, but to the family and loved ones around them. All levels of the spectrum need extra care, extra arms, extra love, extra patience and extra inspiration, and extra understanding from others. I didn’t know what autism even was till my son was diagnosed with autism. 18 years ago autism was still fairly new to being prevalent back then it was 1 in 158 children were affected by autism, Today it’s less than 1 in 50. I want to be the person that runs the nonprofit that helps these families, Without it costing them a dime. These are big shoes to fill, but I intend to fill them. And, now having met this group I’m sure my goal will be realized even sooner. I am dedicating the rest of my life to helping autism, with autism awareness, lessening effects of autism, or stopping autism in it’s track. And, always having a safe place for them to live, work and to be inspired. The biggest worry for the parents of an autistic child is ..will my child be safe when i have left this world? With my nonprofit, that worry will no longer be. Namaste?
