I've been a student of well being for decades, incorporating it into design and research to empower the built environment and products within it. I'm a meditator and passionate about energy medicine. I'm very interested to discover more about Ayurveda's ancient secrets of marma, and herbal medicine to experience deeper healing. I most wish to know more clearly "what do I want?" and "how can I serve society?" I am ready to leap into the unknown as to how this all might piece together and show up in the next phase of evolution in the work I do.
