I live in Bellingham Washington with my fur baby Teak who showers me everyday with unconditional love ahh what a blessing.I competed as a professional bodybuilder and won the Ms Universe, Arnold Classic in 96 and 97, Ms Olympia first runner up and many other international titles I was also in the movie Rollerball. I have been Personal Training and coaching Health and Well;ness for over 20 years I teach pole fitness and I coach bodybuilding, bikini, and figure competitions I love seeing the transformation and growth of the competitors and my everyday fitness clients. I love working with kids, riding my Harley, hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, yoga, and just chilling with my family, friends and like minded community.
